We have maintenance on call 24 hours a day, for emergencies.

Any damage to the apartment will be charged at move-out.

We offer a beautiful pool, fitness center, coffee bar, dog wash station, and bark park. See our Amenities page for more information. 

Our pool is available for use year-round from 10 am to 10 pm.

Yes, parking is available onsite. 

Washer and dryer are included in each unit.  

Yes, we are pet friendly. Fees and breed restrictions apply. Please see the bottom of the Amenities page for more on our Pet Policy. 

Yes, there is a pet park in the community. 

Each unit has a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.

Yes, with a short-term lease premium. 

We have package lockers available to residents. 

The gym is open 24 hours a day. 

We are open 6 days a week and accept walk-ins. 

Applications take about 24-72 hours to be approved. 

Yes, in addition to rent and utilities, we have a $13 trash fee, a $5 pest control fee, and a $10 community fee. 

Yes, renters insurance is required. 

Guests can stay no longer than 3 consecutive days, must park in guest parking, and follow all community rules.

No, subletting is not allowed. If you wish to terminate your lease early, fees will apply as well as proper notice is required. 

Yes, on the same street. Herman Park bike trail is also less than 1 mile away.
